Using mouse to drive behaves strangely after update

    After the 0.37 update, using mouse to drive doesn't work properly anymore, in my case I have it bound so that when I hold the Alt key my mouse is used for throttle and steering.
    It only registers the steering and throttle inputs when the mouse is moving and otherwise just resets back to the neutral positions, with the exception being if I'm currently holding Alt when changing the camera, in which case it behaves normally until I let go of Alt and start holding it again.
