Using node grabber in Scenarios (demo derby - stuck cars)

I've seen this on videos of the Fairgrounds Demolition Derby Scenario mod on YouTube - Question is, how do they get the node grabber to be enabled during a Scenario?
Any other suggestions to fix stuck cars in this Scenario pack? Car-to-car, car-to-wall, rollovers, etc.

 

I'm not sure that you can. I think that takes away from the realness of the scenario although its a real pain wen cars get stuck together or stuck on a wall but that's how real life is too, you either get lucky or you don't all apart of the game both in real life and in this scenario. Just my opinion

 

I mean, you're not wrong. I just tend to prefer to have that option. Some derbies will pull cars apart or bring out a loader to get the car back on four wheels.
BUT< the good news is, the most recent update allows the node grabber! Game changer for me!
