Using two slot types

Is it possible for an item to be used under two slot types?

 

@Nadeox1 , I cant remember my original idea but another example would be wheels, like for it to fit the 4 and 5 lug wheels

 

but why would a wheel fit 4 and 5 lugs when the mesh wont line up. Just duplicate the jbeam twice instead though
