Utah Map: Spikes beneath the Utah Bridge?

Yes all mods disabled.
Don't know why they are there, but they just are.
No I haven't modded or changed the map in any way.
They are at the bottom of the bridge on the Utah Map, under the steeper bit.

 

Hmm strange mever saw them can anyone confirm this

I've seen these before, but hadn't thought much of them. They've been there since the map came out. I investigated, and I think it has something to do with the bridge. When the ability to drive under terrain came along, many tunnels and bridges were changed to terrain iirc. I will investigate more. Let's get some input from @LJFHutch
