Basically what's in the title, one of the only gripes I have of the game is that every time I re-download the game (which I do a regularly because of changing OSes) I have to set my preferences again, including changing key binds, changing HUD features and etc. All issues that could be remediated by utilizing the Steam Cloud API and Server Space to automagically sync whatever options you changed (and possibly Career Mode saves, in the future!) There was another thread asking for this, but since it was made in 2016 I didn't want to necro it, anyways, maybe something to keep in mind?
