Early this afternoon in Black Hills, Beam City, H.P. (Highway Patrollers) we're on a pull over when suddenly, by looking over their shoulders, spotted two vehicles (Black 200BX), and a Purple Honda Del Sol, that were street-racing down highway 22. A yellow taxi from Beam City was turning left on Grummer Road, when the Black car lost control and went to colide violently against the cab. Luckly for Beam City P.D. only minor scuffs on 3 passengers of both vehicles. Both joyriders have been arrested and are possibly facing charges of Neglective/Reckless Driving causing injuries.
