Vehicle Customization is really slow

    (i always had this issue, but now it's even worse) The Vehicle Customization is really slow, it takes like a 30 seconds to 1 min to open a subpart, and then more 30 sec to 1 min to load the list, same thing for apply the change.
    i don't know if is my pc specs or not, so ill put my pc specs here:

    cpu i5 6500 3.2 ghz
    gtx 1050ti 4gb
    ram 16 gb ddr4 (2x8)
    7.2k rpm hdd
