Vehicle Debug UI app not entirely visible in v0.6.1.0

    By default when adding the Vehicle Debug App to the UI not all buttons are visible. There is no indication to the user that there is 1 additional button available (the "EXTINGUISH VEHICLE" button). The user must resize the app and make it taller in order to access that button.

    Posts #43 - 47 here show an example of the confusion.

    I've attached a screenshot: the app on the left is the way the app spawns, the app on the right has been stretched vertically to show the extra control.
