Vehicle defaulting to 50 feet in the air when moved in world settings

    Hi,

    I am trying to put a train on a rail and every time I try to move it ends up 50 feet in the air. I can manually enter a negative z coord which brings it close to where I want but when I try to fine-tune it moves back into the air.

    Any help is much appreciated.

    It's possible you have grid-snapping enabled, which is snapping the location of the objects to the closest number according to the 'grid size' you have.

    Check these buttons:

    (in the first, you can set the size of the grip. The second is to turn the snapping on/off. The third is to toggle snapping to terrain)
