Vehicle Spawn Menu Delay

Hello veryone I am playing this game for a year but first time i have an issue.
When I press CTRL+E to open vehicle menu, it just opens it after 10-15 seconds, but game doesn't freeze or lags, it just opens the menu after 10 seconds. I thought i have too much cars to show up in a second but i realized its happening after new update (i added only 2 or 3 cars after update).

How do i fix it? Because it is very annoying to wait.
I am sorry if I made grammar mistakes, I am not English or American.

Too much car probably, but I have only the default cars and it takes a second or 2 to open.

I have the same problem, and I have many mods. This bug was not present in earlier versions.
