I think it would be cool if someone created one of the cars from Fallout 4 and whenever they crash they make a huge explosion since there is a nuclear reactor inside the vehicle

Actually you are wrong, whenever an energy is being released, there is a chance for an explosion, just not in the scale of an atomic weapon, and, since nuclear energy involves splitting large atoms into small atoms, which releases energy, that can cause an explosion, which, would very well be to the scale as seen in Fallout New Vegas exploding car Easter egg

So, frankly, yes, it can explode

And, as for fallout being unrealistic, that is very true

You mean you don't battle through herds of ghouls on your morning commute? I know I have to, it gets annoying.

Technicolor Dalek is partially right, but also wrong.

Nuclear reactors can explode but making them explode is seriously hard and not as easy as "lol just have the car crash lol"

Im no nuclear engineer but IIRC the reason why they explode is due to issues with safety containments and safelocks paired with coolant issues. Making the core heat up nonstop until it reaches critical mass and it also burns down every material protection around it.

Nuclear explosions aren't in BeamNG tho.

"extremely improbably and unrealistic circumstances with very specific conditions are required for nuclear reactors to explode"

Your IQ could actually be negative if autism is the first thing you think of by reading that sentance

How about you just take some time off from the forums, a little hiatus if you will, and come back with a better mood, if it's 5 minutes or 5 days, whatever puts you into a non-autism-related mood

yes, if you go AKCHUALLY etc etc etc "thing that's not actually relevant to the action/topic at hand, ie, 'just because cars wouldn't explode when you shot them blah blah blah'" it's a bad case

    of the tism

    :(

How is it autism? You said reactors dont blow up, Car8 said they do, and im explaining that they do but its very hard for them to do. I have no idea why you think that im being informative to steal the topic at hand or to be a smartass, and i have no idea how you think that explaining how a nuclear reactor works in very basics is being autistic.

    you know

    like

    "would you pass the cheese"

    vs

    "could you pass the cheese"

    they're different things
