Vehicles turn invisible on impact

    Hi so ever since that I updated my game to version 0.17 I've had two problems.

    -My first problem is the game is very laggy. I could run the previous version with no issues with the graphics turned down a little bit. Now on the same settings I'm getting tons of lag no matter what map I am on, it runs the same.

    - My second issue is that when I crash a vehicle or reset a vehicle it turns invisible besides the animated parts (shown in the picture I have added).

    I have disabled all mods, cleared my cache and turned my graphics down even lower and still have this problem.
