Very annoying bug

THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME I PLAY THIS GAME
If im lucky the game will launch in fullscreen with the right resolution. Most of the time it launches in windowed and if try to make it fullscreen with ALT ENTER or going straight to the options, it makes my keyboard get this really bad delay. The only way to fix the keyboard delay is if i restart my computer. It also gives me the delay if i ALT Tab out. is there a fix for this?

Please use more meaningful thread titles, as it helps to find threads better.

I do remember a user who had a similar issue, and was caused by some external software messing around.
Please close/disable any programs running in background that is not necessary, and check again.

If persists, are you sure it isn't just a low framerate issue?
When you go in fullscreen, what resolution is the game using? And what's the frame-rate?
Does this happen in Safe Mode? (launcher > support tool)
