Ever wanted to recreate the thrill of driving a Golf 7 1.4 TSI facelift in BeamNG? Well, now's your lucky day. Get ready to unleash the untamed 92 kW of power and make those 35 PSI 16" tires scream. I created this mod for the Cherrier Vivace to resemble my real car as closely as possible and I think it came out really nice. Mod includes: 6-Speed manual with accurate gearing 3.357 final drive 125 PS ECU with 8.5 PSI. Used on the default 1.6 i4 petrol engine, this feels pretty much like my real car, give or take. The real 9.3 PSI were a tad too much. Might add a custom engine in the future, but for now this works well. Turbo kicks in a bit too early, maybe 200 rpm too early. Configuration It uses the Tograc independent rear suspension with -0.2 wheel offset and sport shocks and springs to mimic the multilink suspension all Golf 7 with 90 kW and more have. Added front sport swaybar to balance it out. Another alternative is the Vivace wide track rear suspension, but that only comes with adaptive dampers. Added the Beam Navigator since it feels very German to use your old TomTom because you're overwhelmed by the car's infotainment. Fuel tank is not 100% full because of recession. Move zip into %appdata%\Local\BeamNG.drive\0.27\mods\ and let me know of any problems.
One oversight on my part: I left in the front adaptive struts. Should be replaced by the stock front struts.
New version uploaded. Fixed the front struts and replaced the rims as I wasn't aware that they came from the Prodigy. The SunSport wheels are pretty close to my summer rims, so those will do. Ibishu Type-LVS looked a bit too boring.
Just remembered that I made this. Does anyone want it one the repo? I could submit it after maybe tweaking the engine some more.
