    Can be used in scenarios where you have to drive to a certain location, or just roleplaying

    AFAIK, two mods use voices. Atoll's Rally stages, or that one rally mod (Forgot the name, but it's for Italy and uses the Autobello and Miramar.

    Both of those have recorded callouts, so it's possible, yet it would have to be a scenario...
