VR Controls?

    Is there a way to set up controls in VR? I use an Oculus Quest 2 (yes before it was marketed as meta) When i put my controllers at door handles it shows the thing but there is no way to open the doors actually, Also i have to use my keyboard to move because there is no controller ways to operate anything so my controllers are basically useless.
