So, obviously with torque curve editing you can simulate VTEC/VVTL-i. However, what I have not found a way to achieve, is the sound. Is there any possible way with the current game mechanics, to make the engine sound louder/change the intake muffling at a certain RPM to simulate the change in sound that VTEC/VVTL-i has?
Doesn't the Cherrier do something like this with the tuner exhaust & switching ESC/TC modes? There's definitely a small difference
Oh i didnt think of that. Id assume that the way they made the drive mode change the muffling coef is with LUA, so maybe i could look into making a code that has it so that over a certain RPM, it changes it. Thanks for reminding me of that.
i believe it is strictly linked to drive modes, thought i my be wrong. im not sure if you can strip the code and do what you said without having to re-write it all. im also interested in this because i want VVTL-i simulation lol
