Which GPUs are supported by Vulkan API? Most of GPUs produced after 2013 supports Vulkan API. If you have NVIDIA GPU you’ll need at least NVIDIA GTX 650 or better. If you have AMD GPU you’ll need at least AMD Radeon HD 7000 series or better. If you have Intel GPU, you’ll need at least Intel HD Graphics 500, however, it does not meet overall requirements of our game. To unlock the full potential we require newer GPUs. 2. My game doesn’t start after switching to Vulkan API. What should I do? First, check if you have the latest drivers, if the issue still occurs please attach beamng.log to your post in this thread and switch back to DX11 API. Clearing Cache may help resolve the issue. 3. Does Vulkan API works with older mods? Yes, in most situations mods shouldn’t cause any issues, but when you are reporting an issue remember to disable mods. 4. Is Vulkan API going to replace the current API? We plan to make Vulkan API default in future updates, however we will leave DirectX11 as secondary compatibility mode, so you don’t have to worry if your PC doesn’t work well with Vulkan API games.
