Vulkan crashes outside safe mode (0.32.00 read my other thread)

    people say vulkan gives better fps so as a last resort i tried it once more
    BUT IT STILL CRASHES OUTSIDE OF SAFE MODE!!! in safe mode its completely fine but with barely any fps (i was warned)
