Was there a change to particle count?

    As you can see there is a ton of particles on screen. In the last couple updates was there a change to the limits? These particles can slow down my game a lot and don't actually look too great due to bug induced alpha artifacts on the cars inside it. Is there some kind of console command I can use to limit the particle -count?
