I hate to make a new thread about this, but I can't figure it out myself.. I haven't seen anyone else post about it, so I'm guessing it's a problem on my side.
My problem is since about 1 or 2 weeks ago, both the website and ingame repo are very slow. The website constantly struggles to load properly, and the repo downloads so slow that it's unusable.
My internet speeds are fine, and it seems that these two things are the only things having any problem. I don't know if it means much, but I use the website on my phone too, and it is also slow there. I haven't been able to try it on another wifi, though, I don't see why my wifi would suddenly be terrible just for this one site.

Again, sorry about making a new thread about it, but I couldn't think of anywhere else to put it..
    Thanks for any help though
    ^^

Edit: I forgot to add, it seems to occasionally work normally, though, it doesn't work normally alot. Like, if you try downloading something over and over ingame, it will eventually work normally

We did not register (or received other reports) about problems with the site and/or repository lately.

Are you sure it's not on your side?
    What's your actual internet speed?
Take a speedtest at the same moment you are getting those: http://www.speedtest.net/ and post the results here

Sorry if I didn't make sense at first, but I was saying I'm think it is something on my side. Though, I was hoping someone would be able to help here.

That is my internet speed when everything is working normally. I also managed to do the test when the ingame thing was downloading slowly, and the test gave the same reading. Testing the speed when the website was being slow was alittle more difficult, but it seemed to give the same results aswell..

Thankyou for helping. I wish I knew more about the problem, because it could turn out to be something really simple..

Is Steam possibly downloading something in the background? Sometimes when my internet is running even more garbage than usual it turns out Steam went in for an update and it seems to have a way of destroying connection speeds.

I don't think it's Steam downloading something, though, you're right that it destroys internet speeds whenever it wants to update something. Though, it would normally show up on the internet speed test thing too.
Though, I do have Steam on the entire time my PC is on, so I can try turning it off and seeing if it makes any difference. I also reset the router thing to factory settings, to see if that'll do anything, though, it'll take a few days to really see or not..

Okay, sorry for slightly bumping this, but, I just wanted to say that it seems to have been working okay since. I don't really know what the cause was, or if it'll happen again though..

Thanks for everyone who helped though. Hopefully I won't need to post here again
