weird ai

somethings been bothering me with the traffic in this game,
when you trigger the police they make nearby traffic car stop in the middle of the road..?
i have seen it before irl were people pull over or switch lanes for ambulances and police cars but it makes it extremely hard to escape the police without smashing into a stopped roamer

ill attach a vid (with the worst recorder ever) i took of me driving with the police after me and how inconvenient it can be, hopefully something can be done to make them actually pull over

And Utah seems to have weird AI since 0.24


So this is not surprising
