Hi. I was doing time trials on West Coast USA a few days ago and I kept seeing these weird and annoying shadows at all times. Is there any way to fix this? It doesn’t matter what map I drive on. Here is an image on East Coast USA for proof.

BeamNG has a dated graphics system, it’s just random shadows stuff you can’t really fix it

I found the issue it’s when ambient occlusion is on
    Before and after

It is more possible that the vehicle you are using has something wrong with its textures, causing ambient occlusion not to be calculated correctly there and making patches of it appear for no reason.

The car has Automation textures and what appears to be stretched Sunburst textures below them, it's obvious they won't be working perfectly

I think the reason why is because the texture setting is low. That's why it made these occlusion shadows annoying. Tested in Safe mode.

    Low:

    See the texture setting difference?

No it does it for any car at least when ambient occlusion is on
