    THE FOG HAS ARRIVED

    but seriously, how do I make the fog effect go away? it's really bad to play with, and it stays active after I take a pic

    This looks like the depth of field effect being jank. Probably somehow carrying over from the aperature settings in photo mode? Disable depth of field in the graphics options and see if it goes away

    You can simulate fog by enabling it in the environment menu
