Weird FoV / Camera in driver view only on certain maps...

Hello guys, sorry for my bad english.
I have this problem on certain maps (lake farsoe and 2 other ones), no matter how i set the seat or fov, either vanilla cars or mods, nothing change...
it kind ruins it at all since i'm using a wheel and i don't drive well in third person!
anyone have this bug?
any solution?

no only on certain maps from the repo
