Weird Reflection?

So I had crashed a car, and it went under water. Now, take note that I have my graphics on Low, pretty much in the middle, enough for my computer to handle, and enough for me. Right away I noticed that there was an issue with what I was seeing. The windows were reflecting grass and a blue sky, which I can assure you isn't under water. I attached a picture of what I saw down below. I don't know if this is a bug, or just a kink in the system that needs to be worked out.

 

Have that aswell on highest settings, seems to be a bug with the refections.

 

I'm pretty sure reflections are WIP right now, because they don't have fresnel or anything else that makes a good reflection.
