Solved Weird Reflections from modded hubcaps

    I made these hubcaps with a new normal map, but when I spawned it in, the hubcaps would have a extremely weird reflection.

    Hey, I haven't had a closer look at it tbh. But please check if your dds compressions are correct.

    I did it (its DXT5 right?) but it still looks weird

    The normal map itself seems to be doing nothing

    Also, we use DXT5_NM for normal maps (Different from DXT5).
    Have you tried ingame without the normal map? (ie. comment out the normal map from the materials.cs and reload the game).

    I have and how do you use DXT5_NM because I've been using gimp to create normal maps
