weird scrolling bugs and overal weirdness

since a couple of days the game has been acting wierd
scroling trough the car menus makes everything move or somethinbg (reinstalled game and removed the documents folder)
and while driving i notice the game slowing down for a second then go faster then go slower (its so subtle) its kinda like micro stutters if i can ill record a video of it

You checked without mods?
And, you are running the game on some weird setups? (VM or etc)?

its running on a real computer i cant test it without mods because my there arent enough tiles to check the scrolling

Okay, so there will be a fix in the next update. Just to confirm we are talking about the same issue, could you please check and uncheck the "show configurations" option in the filters and see if the problem is still there?
