Weird spikes when loading all vehicles.

Been a while since I played the game ( mainly due to lack of time) but when i recently started the game and loaded the utah map I get this:

Most of the vehicles appear this way but some appear normal until I turn ( in which case the triangles appear).
I have tried reinstalling the game but am unable to fix this graphical glitch. I have never recieved this glitch before when i played a few months back on the same computer.

Computer specs are:
i3 540 CPU
8 GB RAM
ATI Radeon 5870 (2GB GDDR5)
Windows 7 64bit

that seems alot like a corrupt GPU driver

Your GPU is very old (it falls behind the minimum system requirements).
It may not fully support DirectX11 (or support it correctly).

Try to clean reinstall the GPU drivers.
- Download and run this tool : http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
- Use the 'Clean and Restart' option
- Download a fresh copy of the Nvidia/AMD Drivers from the Nvidia/AMD website
- Install and restart PC
- Check if BeamNG works properly.
