Weird texture on the windshield due to Dynamic Reflection

When turning on the Dynamic Reflection Texture Size over 0, the side and back mirror are no longer blurry. The new problem now it's that it creates some sort of weird snowy texture on the car windshield.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

You've not had a reply in 11 days, I assume you've either sorted it, or we need more detail. Basically, video or picture evidence will be much help to us, as your intial description is quite vague, also include your PC specs, since that will give me and idea of what you are working with.
