Whenever I drive the DT40L with a mod engine, there is a weird, loud buzzing sound in the interior coming from about where the drivers seat is located. It also won't let me disengage the parking brake. I have disabled every single mod for the wentward but the customizable engines pack and its still doing that whenever I select an engine from there. Does anyone know what might be causing this? I have also cleared the cache already. Edit: I found out that this exact thing happens when I remove the air compressor and air tank from the stock 8.9L engine. I just dont know yet how to fix this Final Edit: Apparently, the air compressor and tank aren't actually supposed to be under the engine. In the citybus_engine.jbeam it says: ["citybus_air_compressor", "citybus_air_compressor", "Air Compressor"], // TODO: Move this to citybus_frame.jbeam? ["citybus_air_tank", "citybus_air_tank", "Air Tank"], I hope they fix this in the next update. It works in the T-series but not yet in the DT40L. Until then, no mod engines, unless some people figure out how to make this work. I certainly don't since I am too inexperienced with modding jbeams. Hope this helps anyone out.
I had a bus engine swap and it is a easy fix for modder you just need to add the slot but it can be annoying to update mods so the creators my just want to wait it out.
I just scanned the QR code to find what problem is but that took me to a music video. This is another problem! This QR Is Useless.
Warning buzzer is low air pressure warning. since air compressor is attached to the engine, engine mods without one will not work and its up to mod authors to update their content. And since the bus uses a modern-ish air brake system it has spring brake chambers meaning with no air pressure, you get full parking brake engagement.
