West Coasst USA Highway spawn crash

I have an interesting problem. I spawn on West Coast USA, using the highway spawn point, then I proceed to drive forward, at any speed. After a certain point, the same spot every time, the game freezes, then after 2 minutes, it closes and brings up the error report thing, to which I cancel out of because yeah, it never works for me.
I have disabled all mods, ran in safe mode, and reinstalled the game. None of that works, so I am seeking help or a solution here. Thanks

16gb 3200mhz
Radeon RX 570 4gb
1tb SSD (Game install location)
512gb NVMe
MSI B450
650w PSU (Not that that is of any importance, I dont think)

 

Huh, then this is not driver-related issue i guess.... Have you tried clean reinstall?

 

I have, as stated.

 

All radeon features are disabled, but still crashes?
Also Idk what im doing with the overclock thing, so I never overclock it

There was no blue text when I looked last, but I cleared out the userfiles and reinstalled EVERYTHING and it fixed all of my issues.
