West Coast USA - AI keeps on u-turning

    When the AI u-turns, it means the road is incomplete or a dead-end, right? Well, outside the city, namely at the highways like the on-off ramps and the junctions, the AI tends to u-turn at times, even if the road is apparently "complete". I'm thinking the roads weren't linked properly yet?
