what do the numbers on the motor mean?

    theres numbers one the widgeon motor. what are they for?

    Guess could be belt. I’ve seen it on the old vehicles I’ve bought it’s written with sharpie somewhere under the hood when the last oil or belt change was. I’ve never seen it on the motor though and the way the motor sits in the widgeon it would be a pain in the ass to write on top the motor like that.

    When you buy used motor from the junkyard, they have written mileage of car the motor was from that way.

    Well, I'm not sure if it is that, after all BeamNG vehicles were supposed to be new ones, at least long time ago such was claimed, then again some cars do have odometer readings that would indicate they are well used.

    Putting 2nd hand motor to vanilla car, I'm not sure if that is really very likely, some other explanation might be more logical or then there is more to it.

    For me at least it would be very unlikely that Wigeon would have junk yard motor, yet that is how I have seen motors written on at junkyards, well used to when proper junkyard did still exists, these days those are kinda rare because of environmental reasons.
