What is the fastest car in this game?

Mod or not,anything fast. Air or land,I just need the absolutely fastest thing that does not destroy itself,and is drivable. And I want something SUPER fast.

I made a "test" 30k RPM 40k torque engine and wheels to take that power.
For the pigeon. Yep. It's in my engine pack, in Alex-333s group or mine if you really want it.

 

That SBR4 does not go anywhere near as fast as the 600+ MPH T Series truck.

I got the jetpack dummy to over 3,000 MPH! Plus a hay bail to 800MPH

 

The fasted default vehicle that does not overheat is the SBR4 Twin turbo. You can make a moonhawk go 300mph with heavy modification. SBR 4 with heavy modifactions can go 300mph. No mods in this list.
