I just built a brand new PC, and I was wondering if this would run BeamNG on high, medium, or low. I found the requirements and I fit some high and some medium. The specs are below.

    Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X WINDFORCE 4gb
    Asus A88X-Plus
    AMD Athlon X4 860K
    8gb of DDR3 RAM
    Cooler Master 550W Power Supply
    1tb Toshiba HDD
    128GB Adata SSD
    Windows 7 Home Premium

Hard to say since you're cpu is a little lacking but you're gpu is decent.
This computer is all over the place so it's hard to come to a conclustion.
low-med is likly, since I can't honestly say how well it will run under stress with that outdated cpu.

I have the 760k which is just one step down from yours (about 30% worse). If you overclock you can get great performance, I run at normal to high settings and can use a Moonhawk at 55 FPS.

But seriously, overclock your CPU as I did! (3.8GHz to 4.6GHz)

Your GPU should run on mid-high settings no problem, but your CPU might have some trouble with the Moonhawk and won't run the T75 at all. Lowering graphics settings won't help with CPU bottleneck, so just set it to high and see what happens.
