What should I do if the mods are missing after the update?

I lost my mods after the next BeamNG update. Also the folder of documents with which to add modifications to machines disappeared. I tried reinstalling and cleaning the game. What to do?

 

The folder was moved to appdata, but it's strange that the folder disappeared from documents.

C:\Users\"yourusername"\Appdata\Local\Beamng\Latest (shortcut)\mods.
