What's this map?

    I've been gone for a while, but I found this map in community screenshots, and I can't find it anywhere on the website. I believe it's called Norwegian Island; it is a map by Ouerbacker and I believe it was from around 2015. Pictures of the map below are from Ouerbacker from the community screenshots thread:

    It must have been, because in community screenshots there are other people besides Ouerbacker who have screenshots of it.
