Hello once again forum. Progress on my D-Series long travel frame/suspension mod has been slow but so far successful, but I'm having trouble with the wheels/tires colliding with nodes on the bed and front radiator support. This issue is causing more problems in the rear when the springs/shocks are compressing, it will limit the travel, but if going over large bumps at speed, the bed will start to cave in. For some context that might help find a solution, the axles and suspension JBeam is based off of the pre-runner and there are some assets borrowed from the Hopper crawler (just the shocks/coilovers for the rear). Something else I may add is this issue is non-existent on the rear when the bed is removed.

Photo of the bed bending under suspension compression.

Where the front wheels collide with the radiator support.

I can provide any data necessary.

Are you using the spindles from the normal D-Series, or the prerunner, or the Hopper?

Spindles on the axles are the pre-runner spindles.

That's the reason, they cause wheels to collide with fenders. Try using pickup ones or make custom ones.
