When on hood camera the camera will stay stationary after a few seconds

    Okay so i was playing around. I usually goto the hood camera and when i did i drove for a second then the camera stopped moving with the car and stayed behind it while still driving.

    Doesn't happen here.
    Using mods? Check without.
    A broken/outdated mod may be doing that for you.
