When the player moves the camera, stop trying to auto adjust it

It's rather annoying when I'm trying to move the camera and the auto camera thing moves it around to the front of my vehicle for some reason, if the player is moving the mouse or analog stick then the auto adjustment system should be turned off.

 

Or add an option for it to be turned off.

 

I think there should be an option to turn the auto-adjustment on and off. It can also be annoying when reversing.
