Where is the wind sound file located?

    Basically what the title says, where is the wind sound file located at?

    I basically want to know where that file is so I can change the volume of that sound. To me I think it's way too loud and it's uncomfortable to hear a hurricane going off in your ears when you're only doing 70mph.
