Where is this texture for this Italy prop located!?

    So I'm looking at the italy_bld_boomgate_6.5m.dae

    It is a typical boom, with white and blue on the stick. There is no BLUE anywhere in the textures!? Where is this blue coming from?

    Just saw this and wanted to answer in case anyone ever came across it.

    This is achieved by vertex coloring and its not texture related. Vertex painting allows coloring/tinting from the model itself! I had no idea this was a thing but. . it is! It's done in the modeling app not the game or texture itself.

    Missed this thread.
    Yep, we use vertex colors in certain instances to save up on textures.

    They are extensively used on Italy for the lowest LOD of objects.
