where is utah?

    I entered Utah and fell out of thin air. Nothing is visible on the map and fast travel is impossible. And there are no maps that matter.
    I also disabled all modes, but it's still floating in the air.

    i don't know if this will help but try:
    pressing shift+c to enter freecam, maybe if you fly up you can get to the map (happens in some outdated map mods, maybe happened in utah as well?)
    reinstalling the game
