    It's probably the town in East Coast, USA. I've seen a lot of users call it that.

    There's a reason for that. Supposedly, early versions of ECUSA contained a highway sign identifying it as "Fir Rocks".

    The police skins for both the Sunburst and 200BX say 'Firwood,' and both are used in official scenarios taking place in ECU, which is in Maine.
