which cpu wouldbe better?

    Hi guys, my current pc is from an old office and has an intel core i5-3470. I found an older gaming PC with an AMD Phenom II X6 1055T and a GTX 260, would it make sense to buy that and upgrade the graphics card to something more powerful? the dude is asking £65 for the PC.

    That is a downgrade.
    Just because it has 2 more cores doesnt mean its faster.
    Just upgrading the cpu to an i7 3770 would be better
