What kind of games? There are lots of games on Steam. You won't be able to play the latest games on high settings, low/mid at best. This is assuming 1080p and 60fps as optimal framerate. Unrelated, why do you have 32GB RAM?
Chrome? OP: Most anything before probably 2012 should run quite well with high settings and at very good FPS (45-60+). As you get newer, your FPS and graphics settings will decline.
