I was doing a session of BeamNG and my Covet looks like this:

I thought, Which vehicle in BeamNG would be similar to those in the Walking Dead or in any zombie flick? I thought this Covet would be your average Japanese hatchback damaged by zombies or people. Feel free to post screenshots of your car you would drive in the Zombie Apocalypse.

I'd ride around in an armored D15 with a great cow catcher in the front. Fucking badass, and bullet proof reliable.

If you are talking Mad Max style I would go for the Barstow since its fairly simple mechanically that or the burnside (as the burnside and Barstow was made before electronic fuel injection and ECUs)
but if I couldn't loot some old guys car collection I would find something like the D15.

(can I choose two cars that haven't been released yet?)

Awesome! Use ADAM001 pickup addon mod because he had a brush front bumper for it and moonhawk slotted mags sitting on offroad tires. :)

I wonder where that could be found in a world with zombies. maybe wrecked on a highway during an evacuation judging by the damage to it.

I would use the Roamer 2-door, short wheelbase, spare tire and looks like a jeep. And we all like a jeep in a zombie apocalypse. :D

    Yes.

I would say it was left (for whatever reason) but parts were stolen off it for stuff. Then the area was abandoned, and the vehicle was forgotten about.

    OR...

The apocalypse has been happening for quite a long time (5 years) and since conditions are harsh the truck has parts off and is quite damaged, but is still used by its original owner.

Call me stupid, but what do you mean by that? I ask for no flamewars because that's how the ROR forums got ruined.

Oh nothing, just reminded me of something. I was just thinking loudly. Some might catch the meaning, but just a few. Ignore it.

I'm thinking like a lowly commoner. I love your mods Atomix! And I'm glad that I didn't make you annoyed in anyway. :)

    base model hatch
seats four, infinitely economic, and the entire rear of the car is unnecessary.

Gotta remember, even if this is an apocalypse, roads still exist but gas might be hard to come by.

I suppose a huge 6x6 or a heavy duty pickup would be useful in a world like Mad Max, where gas springs from the ground and people can make massively inefficient vehicles, but from what I know about the walking dead, most cars are disabled because they've run out of gas, simple as that. A motorbike or scooter with a massive gas tank would be the most ideal vehicle, but that isn't in BeamNG.
