Here's one of his designs to showcase that: It might not be the most beautiful, but it's one damn nice Spanish vehicle for what it is. ________________________________________________________________________________ The designers of these 60s Fords are artistically good.
Except that the best designer needs to make the most beautiful stuff. And Bill Mitchell-led GM certainly did that. His GM's styling department was responsible for some of the best stuff penned, like the 1971 Cadillac Eldorado, C3 Corvette, 2nd gen F-Body, "boattail" Buick Riviera, late 30s to late 70s Cadillacs or the Chevy Vega.

To be honest, I'm not a fan of the Vega's looks. It appears a bit goofy, but atleast it's tolerable at best. OT: The 80s were one of the best decades for the deceased Mercury.
