Why Are Police Chase's More Rarer?

    so recently, i been wanting to get random chases in Traffic, although i get on in like 30 - 40 minutes. and when i see one, the second i go chase them, they become civillians, if you can, fixx this bug please, its really annoying.

    Last update everyone complained they were too frequent so maybe this is intentional idk
